2. Cancelling Unshipped-out Orders

Note: Our parcels are usually dispatched within 48 hours. We prefer to provide full protection for the benefit of our customers and will charge 15% of the order amount as partial compensation for our doll making and logistical preparation. 3. Cancelling Shipped-out Order
If you are canceling orders when your parcel has already been shipped out or on its way to destination, the order is not cancelable.Then you can contact us for return or refuse the package, but the return cost should be undertake by the customer. Please mention the logistics tracking number of the returned package in the email, Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

1>Not Happy with Your Order
If you are not happy about your purchase, 15 days from the date of that you received the product in like-new condition with no visible wear and tear, you (buyer) will be the one who is responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item (not covered by our warranty against manufacturer defects and exchange is not due to our error)，you need to provide the return order number in order to track the returned dolls.
