We(Dollreborns®) make your reborn doll after you ordered to ensur every detail. Painting time takes usually 1-3 business days, we will then ship the item. An email will be sent to you once the package has been shipped. Sorry for the long wait, but your doll will worth the waiting. Shipping time is usually 2-3 Weeks. The delivery company is usually FedEx, Yun Express, or DHL and you can track the number when your baby doll arrived in your country.
1.Address Changes
If you would like to change your delivery address, please send us an email with your order number and new delivery address. Once a package has been dispatched, the address cannot be changed.
2. Cancelling Unshipped-out Orders
If you would like to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us at service@dollreborns.com. For faster resolution, please include your order number. Thank you!
Note: Our parcels are usually dispatched within 48 hours. We prefer to provide full protection for the benefit of our customers and will charge 15% of the order amount as partial compensation for our doll making and logistical preparation. 3. Cancelling Shipped-out Order
If you are canceling orders when your parcel has already been shipped out or on its way to destination, the order is not cancelable.Then you can contact us for return or refuse the package, but the return cost should be undertake by the customer. Please mention the logistics tracking number of the returned package in the email, Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days from the date you receive this email for the refunds to be returned to your account and it may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.
Attention: The address on the package is only the address of the last processing center, not the return address. To get the return address, please contact our customer service via service@dollreborns.com. We are not responsible for the consequences and costs of any unconfirmed returns.
4.Refund Policy

1>Not Happy with Your Order
If you are not happy about your purchase, 15 days from the date of that you received the product in like-new condition with no visible wear and tear, you (buyer) will be the one who is responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item (not covered by our warranty against manufacturer defects and exchange is not due to our error),you need to provide the return order number in order to track the returned dolls.
2>Damaged Items
If the product is defective or does not work properly, please kindly let us know. Please contact us:service@dollreborns.com Including a photograph demonstrating the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We supply free exchange or doll part replacement depending on the damage situation.

This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover:
1>Damage caused by accident
2>Improper care
3>Normal wear and tear
4>Break down of colors and materials due to sun exposure
5>After-market modifications
6>No returns/exchanges for products with water exposure will be accepted.
